MSTelcom Participates in FANEC

MSTelcom participated, on March 20, in the 2nd edition of the Angolan Consumer Experience Forum (FANEC), an event dedicated to reflecting on customer experience in the banking and insurance sectors, which brought together several private entities from different areas of activity.

As part of the event, the company took part in a panel discussion, represented by its Executive Committee Member, Bruno Neto. On the occasion, the executive addressed the topic “The Bank We All Envision – Accessible, Digital, Inclusive, Human-Centered, and Transparent,” highlighting the challenges and opportunities associated with the transformation of the financial sector.

During his remarks, Bruno Neto emphasized the importance of implementing technology platforms aimed at enhancing customer engagement. He noted, however, that process digitalization alone does not guarantee efficiency, particularly when bureaucracy persists or when systems fail to adequately meet user needs.

In his analysis, the executive further stated that building a more modern, customer-centric banking sector requires strong integration with the telecommunications and information technology sectors, which are considered essential pillars for innovation, operational efficiency, and the continuous improvement of the customer experience.

MSTelcom’s participation in FANEC reinforces its positioning as an active player in promoting digital transformation and fostering dialogue on the future of financial services in Angola.
